Year 2 Renewal

£65/year covers hosting and your email address. Additional mailboxes are £15 each per year. Domain renewal is charged at cost. Maintenance and content update packages are available.

Year 2 Onwards: £65/year

After your first year, keeping your site live costs £65 per year, covering hosting and your email address. Any additional mailboxes renew at £15 each per year. Your domain renews at whatever the registrar charges that year, passed on at cost. Maintenance and content update packages are available if you want them.

Extra Revision Round £25 – £50 Additional round of amends beyond the 3 included in the package.

Extra Team Member Email £15/year Additional branded email mailbox for a team member or department.

Additional Images £5 each Extra images beyond the 10 included, optimised and ready for the web.

In-Year Content Update £25 – £50 Content changes made during Year 1 outside the included revision rounds.

Service Price Details

SEO Package POA Dedicated SEO work to improve your rankings and help your business get found by the right people.

Membership / Gated Content POA Add a members-only area to your website. Ideal for clubs, communities, or subscription-based services.

Additional Pages POA Extra pages beyond the core three. Services pages, portfolios, galleries, and more.

Domain Ownership & Cancellation

Your domain is registered and managed by Toad’s Island Productions during the contract period. If you choose to move elsewhere, there is a one-off £75 transfer fee. Fees already paid are non-refundable.
